One Day Teen Life Coach (TLC) and Real Talk 4 Girls Facilitator Training

This is a specialized training to prepare educators, social workers, counselors, mentors after school providers and other professionals to address the issues that face adolescents. Learn how to coach teens through the challenges of adolescence and help them develop skills that they can use successfully to navigate the world.

Leave the training with:

• A better understanding of the research and best practices of adolescent development
• The skills, confidence and support to run small groups for teens that deal directly with adolescent issues such as bullying, stress, peer pressure and social media.
• The ability to use a restorative circle process to create a psychologically safe space for teens to explore issues that affect their self-esteem, behavior and relationships.
• The tools to effectively coach adolescents in setting goals, gaining powerful life skills and accessing their inner strength.
