Relationship coaching with Dr. Tonya is designed to guide you and your partner through a process of setting a clear vision for where you want your relationship to go. Healthy relationships don’t just “magically” happen, you have to be intentional in determining the direction of your relationship. Dr. Tonya will guide you through exercises to create a vision for your relationship in 7 areas: Communication, Finances, Health, Family, Spirituality, Love/Intimacy, and Time. After creating a vision for who you want to BE as a couple, what you want to DO as a couple, and what you want to HAVE as a couple, you will create a shared vision as a couple to use as a foundation of what you want to bring into your relationship.

Relationship or Premarital/Newlywed Coaching Package – $750

A couples relationship coaching session includes:
1.  One 75 minute coaching session either in person or via Zoom
2. A couples “lovework” assignment tailored to your needs to help build your relationship
3. A personalized coaching plan to help you reach your goals as a couple
4.  Accountability emails to keep you on track for maximum results

A 3 month/ 6 session package to help new couples set a vision for their relationship. Couples coaching sessions prior to your marriage are beneficial to make sure that the two of you have a vision for where you want your relationship to go. The sessions focus on providing the couple with tools they can use to communicate, resolve conflict, etc. It’s good preparation for starting and building a life together.
